Terry Fox
This photo represents Canada and Terry's achievements, the red and white on my shoes are Canada's colours, Terry Fox was Canadian and did a lot for the country. I made the exposure lower and made the white balance more yellow on Lightroom.
This one represents all of the beaches that Terry had to run across on his difficult journey. In Lightroom, I made the white balance more yellow and brought up the saturation.
Patterns
I included this photo because it represents the length of Terry's run. The water looks like the ocean and Terry almost crossed Canada, from ocean to ocean. The edits I made on this photo are, turning down the exposure, changed the white balance to be bluish and changed the tempature to be more green.
I chose this picture because I like the double pattern of the fence in both the foreground and the shadow. In Lightroom I made the green less saturated and brought down the exposure to capitalize on the shadows..
This photo was chosen because the pattern of the fence is interesting in front of the colours of the sky and the shadows of the trees. I edited the sky to be a brighter purple colour instead of blue and brought down the saturation.
I chose this image because of the amount of patterns in this photo. I like how theres more patterns than just the bricks. In Lightroom, I made the exposure lower.

Bicycles
I chose this photo because I like the close up of the pedal. I turned the exposure down in Lightroom.
This is my favorite photo I took, so I chose it. I like the shallow depth of field in it. I turned the exposure and saturation down a little in Lightroom.
I chose this photo because I like the interesting angle of it. I turned down the exposure on this in Lightroom.
Rainy Days
I took this photo in my friend's yard after it rained. It's a close up of a plant pot. I chose this because I liked the crispness of the raindrops and how the sunlight interacts with them. I didn't do much editing on this besides changing the white balance in Lightroom.
I took this photo right after there was a big storm and I thought that taking some photos from a roof would look interesting. I love the feeling of this photo since it's out of focus and sort of dark. I turned down the exposure, saturation and turned the temperature bluer.
This was another photo I took on the roof, after the storm. I was going for the same dark moody feeling as the last one. Just like my other photos, I edited this on Lightroom. I turned the exposure way down and added more blue on the temperature setting.
Giving Thanks
When I saw this basket of corn at the pumpkin patch I went to, I immediately thought of Thanksgiving. Corn is commonly eaten in fall, and especially for Thanksgiving. I turned up to temperature towards yellow and dulled the shadows on Lightroom.
I love that time of year when everyone buys pumpkins and puts them on his or her porches for Halloween, that's why I chose this photo. Pumpkins remind me of the Thanksgiving season. Especially since me and my family like to go to pumpkin patches for Thanksgiving. This photo didn't need much editing, other than making it even more vibrant.
What's more thanksgiving-ish than a turkey? That is why I chose this photo. I turned down the exposure, highlights, and shadows because the lighting was all messed up.
shoes
I chose this photo because I like the look of shallow depth of field, and the pattern of the laces . I changed the temperature and exposure on Lightroom.
This photo was chosen because I like the pose of the shoes, it's very dynamic. I changed the exposure to be brighter and dulled the green down a bit.
The angle of the shoes are very dynamic, and photogenic, so I chose this photo. I changed the exposure and colour to less green in Lightroom.
Autumn
I love it when the leaves start falling and get caught in puddles, the colours are usually very colourful. That's why I choose this photo. I turned the vibrance up and made the colours stick out even more.
I had a lot of trouble trying to find trees that have started changing, I chose this photo because it's the only trees that started to change in my neighbourhood. I turned up the saturation to really bring out the colours.
I might choose this photo for the poster project. Again I turned up the vibrance and saturation to make the colors pop. I used Lightroom
HALLOWEEN
This is a photo of my Halloween costume, this is why I choose to photograph is for this shooting assignment. I used Lightroom to edit this, I turned down the exposure and changed the temperature to a more purple and yellow tone.
This is another photo of my costume. I took the photos of my costume on Halloween to be extra spooky. I turned down the highlights and shadows because the background was too light and you couldn't see the details in my skirt.
This is a photo I took last year at Colasanti's, because the ghosts are so cute. I turned the contrast down to make it foggy and spooky.
Multi-image print ad
I didn't do much editing for any of these photos, because they were gonna be cut up anyway. All I did was change exposure to make the spider lighter and it's details more visible.
For this photo, I turned up the sharpness, because the photo was blurry and zoomed in.
I turned up the sharpness and made the moon brighter by making the highlights brighter.
